About Jessa

Jessa V (Salerno) is a New York based cross-genre singer/songwriter, blending the grandeur of Italian pop-opera with the intimacy of indie songwriting and the timeless elegance of jazz standards. Her four-octave range brings emotional depth and versatility to both original material and well known repertoire. Jessa's original music invites listeners into a world where tradition and contemporary artistry meet with grace, authenticity and emotional resonance.

The Italian/American artist is classically trained with dual degrees in music from The Bass School of Music at Oklahoma City University. It is there where she solidified a dedicated foundation in performance, musicianship, composition and professionalism. The songstress credits her teacher and mentor, Dr. Catherine McDaniel in molding her voice into the instrument it is today.

Jessa has had the privilege of performing internationally including The Tuscia Opera Festival in Viterbo, Italy and at many iconic New York Venues exploring different aspects of entertainment as a proud member of the Actors Equity Association, the American Guild of Musical Artists and ASCAP.   It is this unique blend of experiences that brings you to the artist that is Jessa V.
